Welcome to thebarbellclub.qa, operated by The Barbell Club / Barbell Sports Centre (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products or services, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (thebarbellclub.qa) and the services we provide through our gym, online store, and affiliated platforms.
1. Memberships & Day Passes
- All memberships and day passes are non-refundable.
- Day pass access is valid for 24 hours only and cannot be extended or rescheduled.
- Members must be at least 18 years old or have written guardian consent.
2. Physical Services & Amenities
- Access to amenities like sauna, ice bath, and sports massage therapy is only allowed with an active membership or valid day pass.
- Booking or use of services may be subject to availability and prior scheduling.
3. Merchandise
- We currently ship merchandise within Qatar only.
- Exchanges only will be considered if items are defective or damaged. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Original packaging and proof of purchase are required.
4. Use of TTLock for Access
- We use TTLock to manage gym access. Your name, email, and phone number may be used to create a TTLock account on your behalf.
- You agree to this upon purchasing a day pass or membership.
5. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and access credentials.
- You must not share your TTLock codes or access credentials with anyone else.
6. Liability Waiver
- By purchasing any product or service, you agree to the terms of our Gym Waiver and Release Agreement.
7. Privacy Policy & Data Usage
- By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
